Why is waving objects so stuttery in Flash and Android?
I like to have many objects like trees and grass in my game wave softly to simulate the look of wind. This looks very nice in regular runtime, but when building for flash or android (and I think iOS but not 100% sure right now) the waving looks extremely choppy and stuttering. Why is this and is there a way to do smooth waving for them? I have seen many games that have very smooth movements like the ones I want on these platforms.
