Hi,
I have a problem with my random function. I tried create "run" games like as Ship Run. The rule is simple. The Ship avoid rocks (obstacles). That's all. I set random conditions to Y coordinate but it's not working. Where is a problem ? Attachment 15316
The hot spots on your images were pretty messed up. The were way down and to the right so even if you had the positions set properly they wouldn't necessarily show up on screen. But you had both position setting for your objects based only on the position of 1 of the object types.
You also had the position resetting at y<=0, which is actually above the play area, not below. And lastly you just had the random placements of x using height instead of width and y using width.
