Unknow Crash with Build 284h

I have intalled the Android Build 284h some users have crash at open my app.
From this version has some improvements that increase performance slightly, but in some devices are blocked when opening.
I don't know if it's for the new OpenGL context.

I'm receiving comments like this:

can you post a log, for me? also in Google you have the crash or fail report do you have one in there?

i can not reproduce it, so for me is impossible to see if anything is wrong that way, did you try with version i?

In my devices works fine, but in the dev. account there are some reports. I try to download for send you.
The problem is that I have few reports because the 90% of users not report the errors.

si creo que usaste las versión h y no la actualizaste después que comente que había un error de empacado en el "owner´s lounge", las versiones beta deben ser usadas para pruebas internas y solo deben publicarse cuando esten suficientemente probadas por ti.

I think you use the first version h and you did not updated as mentioned in the owner´s lounge there was a packed error, the beta version should be used for internal test and only publish after deep test from your side.

No, I saw your post before use the "h" version and I used the version without the error.
On the other hand in my three devices works correctly.
I can test the version "i" but it think that not have changes on this issue.

btw comparing devices

i tested here with a lg l50 sporty, and seems ok, everything i build is working so far. which is a mali gpu, and l70 use the same gpu as the nexus 7 2013 adreno 320 also working here. sure you have the latest version of h, test with i there with all device you can.

what opengl you are using 2.0?

Now i'm testing "i" and OpenGL 1.1 because with OpenGL 2.0 my Samsung Galaxy Tap not work

With the "i" version of the exporter apparently has improved performance.

Target Android Version: 3.2

I don't know what is the best configuration...

On the other hand the Manifest in the generated apk always set this setting:
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="9" android:targetSdkVersion="9"

No the min and max target should be according the api you select in the editor

The exporter set the Min. and Target SDK ver. at 9 always. You can see the manifest in the apk.
Test it in any of your own apk.
I'm use apktool for decompile and rebuild for to set <supports-screens> manually.

what version of decompiling you are using, if you use ICS or above it will fail

the proper way to verify is using Google play store, in your dashboard

This is other problem with the banner ads, i'm using a Smartbanner that have a correct dimensions in some devices, but in big screens the banner appears more higher and not proportional.
Referring to decompile, I always testing before and after recompiling.

The manifest always get the same min and max when you decompile, this also happens to me in the past.

BTW in short term visit clickstore it will be available a android screen support object to set specific size or all size according your needs.

i think this devices is not either RGB565 so it goes to RGB888 which is a bad match.

And in this case the resolution is 1024x600 in both devices, probably you device have more pixel density

no less pixel density.

In my other device with fullHD (1920x1080) the density is more highest than the samsung with 1024x600 (both screens have the same inches) and the banner is over the icons too. in the samsung not.

I had many crash since couple of day, I can't acces to the event editor of my shop scene, there is in-app and chartboost object. Fusion crash completly when I try to open the editor event of this scene. the apk crash too on my phone each one I try to access to this same scene. Is there a post who explaine how to have log ?! I don't know how to find this on computer and on the mobile.

edit: I just install the last android beta and it works, anyway, if someone can tell me how to make log, on phone and computer, I'm interrested.
