problem with key hashes abd facebook

Hello,
i need help, my game is finish, i bought the facebook extension and follow the Fernando's tutorial video, but when in my game i click on the Facebook's icon, the facebook app launch, i click ok for the autorisation, i log, and : "invalid key hash. The key hash vuaOMY3yAq2f......... does not match any stored key hashes. Configure your app key hashes at http://developers.facebook.com/app/......"

Anyone have an idea ?(see screenshot bellow)

do i make an error generating key hash ?

in version 2 there is an expression which bring the hashkey required, are you using this value?

nop i don't use this value, how can i obtain it ?

please go to CS and in your account you should notice a new version for facebook object, redownload and reinstall and you should be ok.

check that said version 2

On my account download i found the version i suppose that i use actually : 27 Feb 2015 but i don't found the V2

Is it the good version Fernando ?

did you check inside expressions and see if you have the get AppHashkey and set inside a string that will do if not, you need to update your object form CS

Hello Fernando, the Facebook's api "Help" is empty, is it normaly ?
So, i have an idea for the hashkey : Get the hashkey with MMF and put it in a string. Copy the value of the string and paste it in the Facebook developer page ?

yes, that is the general idea, you make a release, run get the hash hey and delete/invisible the command .

i test here the help files and seems to work

can you check that you have it, inside fusion directory --- help

is called FacebookX.chm

Yes i have it from the .zip i have downloaded on the clickstore, but when i click on the "facebookX.chm" i can open it but it's empty (only descrition, properties, actions etc...) but nothing in it.

please check that this .chm is not blocked

how to do that,

click right mouse on the file and check, if it said is blocked please enable pressing the appropriates button.

what version of android runtime you are using?

you must use 284.1 with latest facebook object

Hi Fernando,

I cannot download this version on the CS, I buy it first and in the story only I get to download version 1, your once sent me a version 2 but do not have this command in expressions.

Could you send me the version that has this Key Hashes, that is the problem that I had and it never worked.

I bought this extension this week, and it made nothing.... nothing.... no reaction...

I try all possibilities...... :(

I am not able to get this working either... My Facebook X V2 doesn't have a Key Hash expression and it's V2. Not sure what to do here. I need support to get this working and release my app in two days.

If I've understood correctly what Fernando told me, he has to do lots of changes in the extension because FB have modified their SDK or something like that. He's on it, but I think he still has more than 2 days of work, don't expect a new version this week. EDIT: he also said it here.

Well I eagerly await the update. Considering not releasing my app this week then until that is working.

oh guys don't think I have forgotten, this sdk had a lot of changes and they are using gradle instead of ant to build, so it does require changes from my side to make it work.

also hash key from devices is not the same when using openSSL , I am checking that also.

I see. Okay, Thank you Fernando. Do you have an estimation of when we can have that? That is my last component I need for my app release so I am very eager to have the FB log in feature.

I will work on this during the weekend.
