black ribbon of the android menu

Hi all,

I put some buttons of my UI at 10px of the bottom of the frame in code (Y Bottom frame-10). When i build on the device, the buttons are behind the black ribbon menu. I don't know if this ribbun is present with all the android version. So there is a solution to detect this ribbon ?
