Can 2.5 open MMF2 stuff? Huh.
You need the Platform Movement Object extension if you don't have it, that might be the problem. The frame itself WORKS just fine for me, the Counter just doesn't show up.

Yes, 2.5 is backwards compatible with MMF2
I've also noticed that I haven't updated nor installed extensions for my MMF2 (I reinstalled it). But after that, it still denies to load the frame.
Also, missing extension error would make a popup for itself and deny the entire application. So that can't be the cause.
Just a heads-up, I'm Zycronite, Zycronite was an account I made until I got my old one (this one) back, since I forgot the password. Now Simon has merged the accounts, and I'm back in business!
The problem is, every frame I tried the counter on would make it disappear like that. I don't think it's just the one frame, it's multiple frames. Since there's around 40 frames so far in this game, that's gonna take a looong time. It would be far easier for me to just decrease the difficulty but keep the same experience.
Better yet, using an ini I should be more than able to make some mid-frame save points.
So, thanks very, very much for all of you guys' help, but so long as this problem stays isolated to this one mfa and doesn't spread to others, I should be just fine from here. If it spreads, I'll make another thread.
Thanks again,
Ethan
