When I export an application, which is only half as large as the display resolution of my phone, it always looks a bit too blurry for me.
How can I avoid that? Or do I have to redouble the size of the application and all my graphics(I probably should do this)?
Assuming you're exporting to Android -- Use "Fit Inside and Adjust Window Size" instead of Stretch to Fill in the Android properties.
Also turn off anti-aliasing when resizing for windows export.
Can somebody confirm everything looks right.

Resolution: 854 x 480 px
Left Image(Fusion Application Size 427 x 240):
- I changed general Application Window properties so that nothing is ticked
- Changes I do for the Android Options: Screen orientation: Landscape || Display: Fit inside and adjust window size || no Display status bar
Right Image(Fusion Application Size 854 x 480, graphic's size twice as big as graphic's of the first application):
