How to use Ini++ Object encrypt/decrypt ???

Hi guys !!!
I'm just looking on the forum for ini ++ topics that maybe can explain me how to fully use ini++ object (or maybe just make me understand encrypting and decrypting) and what i found are really only some little explanation that i don't understand ! :(
Can anyone give any link of tutorial or topic ??? Or if you can just explain it !
