How to quick load subfolders from binary without releasing?

I cannot for the life of me get this to work. I have 2 folders of 50 files each (txt, ini). I want to load them into Rich Edit and List objects (both loading the txt as a list and enumerating the FileList from the subfolder) from binary without going through the whole release structure. Can someone please provide instructions or a tutorial on how this can happen, because no matter how I change things it just doesn't work.

What about using fast loops to quickly go though each file? I would rename all the files using a similar naming convention + a reference number. Then you can use the fast loop's index number as the reference number to grab each file's name. Then on each loop, populate the list object and rich edit box.
