Shop Menu is Malfunctioning

Hello! I am trying to get this shop menu to work, but when you use the up button, it skips the very last option. Also when it starts, it doesn't show the indicator and it never returns to the original option of Pickaxe. What am I doing wrong?

In Event 5, you need to set counter to 9 for the correct flick through.

For the Pick Axe issue you need to do Value ("counter")-1

And it won't show the indicator until the menu loads up which is in event 11 which makes it reappear.
