I made a post before about TGF2 not being able to user extensions.

What do I do with "Set angle"?

If you're doing alot of graphical functions like alot of scaling going on at once, I'd use it.

    Re: Platform Character Controls ?

That would solve ALOT of problems actually.
There's an awesome custom platformer movement tutorial in the tutorials page, and it really does the trick.

Re: Force the animation to complete.

I checked and found what you were talking about a quick "(negate)if animation(animation) is playing" fixed it, Thank you!

    Force the animation to complete.

Trying to do a beat em up, but I want it so that when you press/hold down the attack button the attack animation completes, instead of stopping the second you let go of the button.

The book's "Awesome pilot" thingy gave me ideas on how to do waves for other games, and not just enemies.

I've figured out the way to scale objects, but not how to properly utilize it, ever play "Operation Thunderbolt", "Space Harrier" or "GI JOE" in the arcades? I wanna do a retro engine like that.

    Re: Clickteam extensions for TGF2?

I'm not sure I want to sink money in a book that may or may not tell me what I need to know.
Edit: I learned that lesson from that book by the Quake 3 guru on 3D modeling.

    Re: Clickteam extensions for TGF2?

Really? Cause I had those moments, Vector, circle, etc. after installing from the disk. the only difference the copies had were the names, and the icons, but they were the same movements.

    Re: Clickteam extensions for TGF2?

Sorry, and while I wouldn't call TGF2 MMF2: The crippleware version. I do think that Clickteam should supply that part of the customer base with at least a couple of the game oriented objects
