I believe games like Angry Birds change their graphics in an update, so they wouldn't have all the graphics in the app at once. That's one way to go. Different versions for different seasons.

I wanted to make custom counters for an android game I'm working on.
I have my active set up with 3 Alterable Values, like this:
- maximum value
- current value
I would drop the name and just use numbers, so your INI looks like this:

I have a string that looks like this: "cat4hat"
Val(Mid$(string, 3, 1 ) ) gives me the 4.

I probably repeat myself, but vectors is a must have imo. Just look at some of the backgrounds in vector made flash games. The same image in a PNG is a major change in filesize.
afaik, if your phone can handle flash, it can handle mmf2 made flash games.
But most of the time it's not ideal, since those games weren't made to be played on mobile phones.

You can download the .mfa from the previous post. Just right click, save target as mfa.
A downside to this workaround is that you will need to host 2 files in stead of 1.
