Is it possible to Wrap actives via layers?

What I'm trying to do is wrap an active on a layer that has the following checked:

    Wrap Horizontally
    Wrap Vertically

I could not get anything other than backdrops to wrap. (I am moving the layer itself)

Is it possible to get actives to wrap using this method?

actives will wrap, if you tell them to. they don't automatically wrap. (they must be set as a "moving" object - eg bouncing ball, etc - just set its speed to zero)
if you are moving the layer, and the active hasn't left the frame, you can test its position via the [visible edges] under FRAME in the STORY BOARD control

Just note that actives on a particular layer won't interact / collide with actives on a different layer.

Hi SHINBAXTER, here's an example of what Danjo was referring to. Enjoy, it might be useful for others too

This wasn't what I was referring to, like an active wrapping around like a backdrop.

Nevermind I had my question answered on the Clickteam Discord. It's not truely possible

Yeah sorry I see what you mean when you originally referred to using the layer properties, & yes you're right it's only for background objects not actives.
