    Problem with Faulty Bird - background obstackles

    Hey,
    at firt i want to apologize me cause i dont get it ...

    I am in the tutorial in step 3/6, Adding the background obstacles. I got the second layer an dropped 2 horizon.actives. i got also the event in event list editor. my problem is now that the bird dont get "die" at the obstacles... I dont really understand the problem... Can anyone help me out of this problem please?

    You need to make the background an obstacle. Click on the background object you placed on the play field and under Run Time Options you'll see Obstacle Type,.you need to change it from "None" to Obstacle. See picture below...

    I have it already. maybe i fortog something but i dont know what ...

    I saw your image and the reason is obvious. An object at any layer can't collide with something on another layer.
    That's your problem here probably. You also have the possibility to move an object to another layer with an event(Order → Move to layer).

    nvm... i found my mistake, the bird was on the wrong layer haha thx ^^
