How to i revert back to a previous build in STEAM?

The latest version of fusion 2.5 has caused lag and input issues in our project.
I need to revert back to the previous build/update in STEAM, how do i do this?

Is there an option to switch download branches for MMF through Steam?
I know it's possible to do this with your games up there, but it'd have to be set up by the devs / whoever is in control of Steam's MMF page.
