    Delayed health bar reducing

Does anyone have an example of a healthbar like streetfighter where first you have 100 percent and when you get hit it will decrease in a certain speed and not instantly just dissapears.
Like when you get hit for 30 percent of your life you will see the life meter drop very fast until it reaches 70 percent of your life then stops.
