    Can You Embed Commercial Fonts?

I guess you can embed any font that you want, but if someone embeds a commercial font they haven't paid for, how does Clickteam protect itself from lawsuits?

In that scenario the liabilty would rest with the user, not the developer. For example. I could instal a number of pirated fonts on my PC yet Microsoft wouldn't be liable. If I installed the fonts, I would be personally liable.

Just pay for the font/follow its licensing agreement. Someone spent a good chunk of time on that.

If that's not viable for you then there's a sea of free good-looking fonts out there.

What chrilley said - or you create your own fonts. In my opinion font creation is quick and easy to learn.
With FontForge, which is completely free and open source, you get a full font creation tool.
