Okay, so just the very top one right? Android SDK Tools 24.4.1? It says "Update available," which I install. That gets me to 25.2.5, but Fernando says that's old and outdated. Once I update it to 25.2.5 it doesn't show any more updates available. I still get the same error message when trying to build the APK in Fusion.

oh... I'm using an older version because when I update it breaks a part of my main project. Which was such a bummer because I was really looking forward to flags with names. Perhaps I can run the steam version of fusion which is updated, and export from there.

Edit: Ok jeez, sorry for bothering you I should have thought of that earlier, build worked, thank you!

Just wanted to say that I finally figured it out after reading dozens of forum posts. Thanks to everyone who posts helpful info. Just wish it were all in one place, explained well (and that Fusion worked with the latest versions of Java and Android SDK). I needed to install the older version of Java that someone linked to. Then I installed every API in the outdated Android SDK for every version that I wanted the app to be compatible with. That required me to switch to a different computer with a much bigger harddrive because I ran out of storage on my regular computer (it took several gigs of storage to download all the APIs). I probably installed more than I needed to, but I was sick of the error messages. After doing all that it worked. My app is in both the iOS and Android stores now. Thanks again for the help.

you don't need the older API's it's backward compatible. you can change that in Fusion under the Min and Max version, for what OS you want it to be visible. setting it to 2.3.3 and max 8.1 will give you everyone.

I am currently working backwards comparing two computers. They are both running Windows 10 x64. My laptop has installed JDK 8 + Android Studio and converts anything. My PC, does not. I get the famous build.xml missing when compiling. I have installed the exact same stuff in Android Studio, used the same paths, and even saved my test file to the same path so I use g: drive on both. WEIRD! Will post if I figure out whats different, something has to be different. But for now, I can convert fine on my laptop.

    1. Make sure you install the Fusion update patch AFTER installing the Android exporter (or any exporter or DLC), so that everything is up-to-date.

    2. In theory you don't need to install JDK anymore, Android Studio install their own version in C:\Program Files\Android\Android Studio\jre (just use this pathname as "JDK directory" in the preferences of Fusion).
