    Deprecated API Usage error

Hi, just compiled my basic game using the new Max Exporter and submitted to Apple but received email stating that Apple no longer accepts submissions of apps that use QuickTime or QTKit APIs.

I assume that these are used in the exporter by default as I haven't referenced them in ClickTeam Fusion.

Is there a way to remove any references to QuickTime or QTKit APIs?

When you look in Xcode, do you see a Quicktime Library in the list of frameworks?
if so, then just remove it.
Not sure if it's standard in the exporter.

Did you use some video object? QuickTime is used to display videos.

Hmm, that would not be good. since Apple doesn't allow it anymore.

    Hi Perry,

Thanks for the feedback but I can confirm that in Xcode the only frameworks referenced are

    . MMF2Lib.framework
    . AppKit.framework
    . Foundation.framework

I can not see anything related to QuickTime.

    That's odd then.
Guess I need to compile an app.
Did you try uploading it to the Mac Store?

    Hi Perry,

Yes, I tried uploading through to the App Store and it appeared to work bu then I received an email from Apple stating that my app had this problem.
I have just now re-tried and I'm receiving the following error -

This action could not be completed. Try again. (-22421)

    not sure what this means

Hmm... must be new. I think the runtime uses QTKit for playing MIDI files (Play music actions in Fusion). I'll check what we can do (in the worse case we can remove support for the music actions/conditions).
