Pressing the keys are recorded with a delay after update on Windows 10 (1703).

Clickteam Fusion 2.5 (Build R 288.3), UWP exporter. I finished my game and all worked perfect on Visual Studio community 2017 on Windows 10(1511). After updated on Windows 10(1703), I'm having trouble with my uwp app in that it doesn't always register keyboard input. The game (platformer) has become unplayable . Sometimes a pressing a key is just not registered, sometimes registered it seems to be happening randomly. A character became unmanageable.

Did you export it from VS yet, or are you using the debugger?

AFAIK it's a known issue MS has never fixed. The program doesn't always receive the key up event:

Well, I'm wrong, things are moving, they fixed a typo in the title of the bug report...

I'm thinking it's a Microsoft issue.. I am having problems with the latest update that the Shift+ Arrow keys are not working. I need to press the shift 2 times to make it work.
So, it sounds related to your issue. and like you said the previous version from windows did not have this problem.
