Can I lower the saturation of a whole frame?

I was working on a project using a terribly calibrated monitor and the whole thing is way too oversaturated.
Can I use some effect to lower the saturation of a frame? I tried a few but none of them seems to be working.
I would be really grateful for a solution.
    Thank you.

You could use a saturation shader, but that'd be windows only.

That would be perfect, thank you so much. Could you tell me where can I find it?

I think it comes with Looki's Mega Shader Pack: http://clickstore.clickteam.com/libraries/shaders

Use it as a frame effect and it should do the trick.
