How to work with different aspect ratio ?

I know that this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find a clear answer for my needs.

I am looking for something like Scale outer mode or Scale inner mode
    https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/73/...e-screen-sizes

I need a solution that is available on all platforms, so "Ultimate Fullscreen Object" is out of the question. Maybe something using "Window Control Object" (since is available on all platforms).

And if automating scaling is not available, then how can I change different resolutions based on device's screen ?

You can do this in the Application Window properties. https://clickwiki.net/wiki/Applicati...perties#Window

I recommend using "resize display to fit window size" and "fit inside".

What do you mean "the rest of the game"?

    By default you see this:

I want to see this if I enlarge the window:

    Not the following:

    or not the following:

From what I can see, I can get the desired effect if I change application's window size (and having "Resize display to fit window size" and "Fit inside"), but I can't find a way to do so during runtime.

If you want a better example, try Scale outer mode in https://editor.construct.net to understand what I am asking for.

    Found the "culprit".

I can't change frame's width or height in "Window Control Object" while "Resize display to fit window size" is activated. Any info about this, maybe a bug ?

Also ... Why the f**k we have all this options on iOS, Android and UWP, but not for Windows ? These are exactly what I was searching for.
