Extract to source code - Windows or HTML5?

Is there any way to extract these MFA files to source code so an outside developer can interact with the code? I’m in a pickle and need help from an outside source. They’re unable to do anything since the HTML5 exporter output is encrypted. Same for Windows.

Nope. The best thing is to have them use the Fusion tools and look at your events and code within to help you.

Look up Chowdren, It can be used to export the source code from Clickteam Fusion into C++ Format. It was made in order to make porting games to consoles quicker and easier.
