Why are physics being offset in my game?

Hello, as seen in this screen capture https://gyazo.com/4c0d39c3a25dd42f73f27004469a1022 all of my physics objects seem to be getting offset by around 8 pixels to the left of every object. They are using the physics bouncing ball movement, with the hotspot exactly in the center. And the physics engine options are mostly the default, although I have tried increasing the position and velocity iterations with no success. The collisions are using "Ball" collides with "floor" (using qualifiers) > stop movement. The only other forum post I have found of this is back from 2013, and this still has yet to be fixed.

Is the hotspot centered for every frame in every animation for each of your physics objects excluding those with the Physics - Platform Movement?

It could be that you have the hotspot centered for one direction in the ball object but not the other directions or the hotspot is not centered in those floor objects.
