Problem with saving alive soldiers between frames

I want to save the number of soldiers i havent killed yet in my shooter game.
    I make a condition:upon pressing"escape" jump to frame "In-Game menu".
There is 3 soldiers in the first level.
I make them with command "Dublicate" and if i kill one of them and press "escape" and them click on button "continue" when i return to the level the hp of the hero saved, but All three soldiers are alive.
How can i make saving soldiers-dublicates between frames?
Pleaze describe what conditions i have to make.

You could use a counter to keep track of your soldiers and tick its properties to make it a global object. That way it will record the amount of soldiers between the frames.

You need to set the counter to the amount of soldiers, eg always set counter to the no. of soldiers. Then if Counter = 1 only create one soldier; if counter = 2 only create 2 etc. If you put up an example of your problem, I'm certain it can be fixed.

I've made an example perhaps an active as a place holder for your soldiers values works even better. Have a look at this example and see if it helps
