    Widdle - a word game

    My second release

    A bit more complicated than my first game, and a bit more professionally made, if I do say so myself
    Contains 2000 levels in English and Danish (I will add more, if people actually get that far... Girlfriend is at 73 so far, and loving it )

    Smile Quick update

    My game is gaining what I would call "above average success".
    In my region (I live in Denmark) I am currently ranked 20 in the category "Best word game", and 52 in "Top new free" with over 1000 downloads so far

    I am constantly working on improvements based on peoples feedback (like the English version is still a bit too hard...)

    If anyone has any questions on how I did something in the game, you are more than welcome to ask!

    Wow great game concept. Does your game use a custom dictionary? I’ve made a word game before that was tricky to build because the list object has a limitation of a small set amount of lines before it stops working. I’d really like to know your method. To have your game working so smoothly on Android is no small feat. Well done on your success.

    All the levels are premade, and saved as an array in an ini file like this:

    So, the first one (top-left tile) "5,7,S" means word number 5, letter number 7, letter S.

    I generate them all using a PHP script (PHP because I had some online functionality planned...), that reads words from a txt file and uses one of 32 premade level lauoyts (which would be the same as the above line, but without the letters)

    Then in game I just have to check if the marked tiles all have the same word-id (first number), and that all tiles with that word-id has been marked in the right order
