    Way of auto-compressing array files?

Hi! I have a game that uses a lot of array files, each of which can become 20+ MB in size. Of course, it's tiny once winzip'd. Is there any way to automatically compress them when they're saved, in a way that they can still be retrieved when needed?

That sounds like an enormous array! What are you doing with it if you don't mind me asking? Sorry for not giving a helpful answer but hopefully someone else can!

Sizes balloon the more values you have set in its properties, especially Z values boost that file size super quick. Willing to bet you really dont need as many reserved values as you have in them

    I echo the above.

Also, you could ZIP them with Fusion and Unzip when required using the ZIP extensions...

Hi! I am making a replay feature where it keeps track of your character and any important actions that arise in that particular frame. This means that it can be anywhere from 10-30 wide and 50 down per second.

I find compressing these kinds of files is VERY effective, just need to find a way of being able to do it as it goes. I'm aware of the Zip extension it doesn't seem to work. I messed around with it extensively before asking here. dsds.png

It's just a shame that the array extension doesn't have an option to zip files, would be so convenient.
