    Need help with an active collisions projectile

    I'm trying to figure out how to get a flame projectile to stop and burn for a few seconds after it lands on the ground. Kind of like the holy water in Castlevania.

    when the projectile hits the ground; you can create a burning active at its place, destroying the projectile. the burning one can last for a short time, then get destroyed

    I think I tried that but how do I figure out the coordinates where the projectile lands?
