    After it falls and reaches the ground, how can I check when a physics object is stationary or is moving very little ?

    You can grab an object’s linear velocity (= moving speed) and its angular velocity (= rotating speed) and store them in an object’s alterable values. If both values are close to zero the object will not move significantly. Don’t grab the old “speed” value for physical object’s, its not really correct as far as I experienced it.
