    Keyboard event pressing problem

    Hi to all,
I need to set some Keyboard controls in my project, such as "Press SpaceBar and Exit" and so on.

I used the "Upon pressing XXX" and "Repeat While XXX pressed" events.
The problem is that I cant use the Alt-Key when asked to push a key... the left-Alt is not working and the right-Alt links the command to the Ctrl-Keys.

Is it a common problem/bug, or is my PC going crazy?

ALT Keys are reserved for system commands. You could probably hack this away, but I would just try and stay away from ALT if you can and substitute with CTRL.

Yes, I understand the problem and I can use CTRL instead of ALT (or other keys combinations).
I was afraid of a bug or somthing else, but sayng so you confirm that this is a wanted feature, we cant use ALT in the "Upon Pressing XXX" Event.
L-ALT is not detected and R-ALT is equal to CTRL (in the event editor).
    Am I correct?

Correct. However I think you can detect ALT presses with the Keyboard or Key extension.

I will remember this point, at the moment it is not necessary and also a waste to add an extension only to add a single Alt-XXX command.
The original problem was that I wanted to link two similar commands to two similar key combinations, but is not vital for my project to have the ALT-press detected, I can use other keys.
    Thanks for the explanation.
