error with google play games

every time you log into the application, an error "Failed to sign in.Please check your network connection and try again" appears. All the required api are connected, but the error does not disappear.I have enabled saved game and the necessary permissions.For more than a week I can not solve this mistake.

this error have been mentioned in the past

1.- what version of GPG object are you using?

2.- if you are not using latest gpg version did you enable save game features in your game dashboard?

I'm using Version 1.01h but still included saving the game.The error did not disappear

failed signing could be because

1.- did you set the sha and packagename? check link applications
2.- Is the correct App ID

3.- using version H you don't need to set save game unless you are using cloud object in your development.

using this command line

keytool -list -keystore

<path-to-your-certificate>

it will show the sha1 value that you need

steps

1.- open a command window

2.- issue the above command

3.- using right mouse over click you see command window menu
