[URGENT] Android Object doesn't don't work on Android 8 devices

The Android Object doesn't work on Android 8 devices, the open URL does Nothing, retrieve google account email does Nothing too.
It seems that everything related to that extension doesn't work on Android 8.

It's really urgent to find a fix, my game is getting some bad comments because some functions doesn't work on Android 8 devices.

You would need to put in a bug report in the bug box with a simple MFA of the issue so it can be looked into.

Already done around 1 Week ago, it start to become a crisis for my players Moving to Android 8, so i was wondering if i was the only one with this problem.

What API did you compile it with?

API 28 only works on the S9 devices.. Use API 27 instead.

everything works fine on S8 for me

URL are working, it was a problem on my side, only get account doesn't work.


I use API 26, and the bug appears only to people running Android 8.something

I personally don't have a problem with it as for as I know.

As information, working on a new way to get accounts, but android have been changing this a lot

I ran through my score lists for my games, and I see indeed not much e-mails addresses anymore.
so idk if the object will crash(?) at that moment, or just returns a blank?
Guess I need to test it with something to see if my scores are being saved on the server.

no it doe snot crash, only that user need to approve teh permission to this to work

This is one of the Reason that my game is loosing it's players, they can't retrieve their account on Android 8. Please, i really need help with that.
