Changing one line's color in the list object

I would like to change only one of the lines text color in the List Object. I'm not sure if this is possible but if it is, please let me know!

I don't think this is possible. What I've done in the past is use a series of Active System Boxes to simulate a list object, then change their color based on the contents of the list. Limitations exist but it may work for your needs.
