Is there a way to grab the value of a user's computer resolution? I want to use this so that I can use it for fullscreen games. Also, is there a way to change the window's current resolution?

You want Ultimate Fullscreen object, along with Window Control object.
You can also adjust how it handles screen resizing in app properties.
