    Google Maps Extension. Is it still working?

    Im trying to build an APK with google maps extension for Android.
    However Im getting some dependencies errors:

    Code:
        [javac] import com.google.android.gms.common.GooglePlayServicesUtil;
        [javac]                                     ^
        [javac] C:\Users\RunoNetworks\AppData\Local\Temp\AndC300.tmp\src\Extensions\CRunGMaps.java:21: error: package com.google.android.gms.maps does not exist
        [javac] import com.google.android.gms.maps.CameraUpdate;
        [javac]                                   ^
        [javac] C:\Users\RunoNetworks\AppData\Local\Temp\AndC300.tmp\src\Extensions\CRunGMaps.java:22: error: package com.google.android.gms.maps does not exist
        [javac] import com.google.android.gms.maps.CameraUpdateFactory;
        [javac]                                   ^
        [javac] C:\Users\RunoNetworks\AppData\Local\Temp\AndC300.tmp\src\Extensions\CRunGMaps.java:23: error: package com.google.android.gms.maps does not exist
        [javac] import com.google.android.gms.maps.GoogleMap;
    I was going to try to edit the Java runtime file of GMaps, but it's .dat file and I don't know how to open it.

    Anyone has Google Maps currently working?

    I just tested this object and is working ok with version 291.6 question here is what build api version are you using?, teh minimum api version should be 27-26, you still can use api 21 but is not ok for posting in google

    I have the same problem. Unable to compile: version 291.6 + Android Google Map object. I'm on API 26. I'm looking for help because I can not use my program at the moment ... AND the Bug Tracker is closed.

    Here are 3 files that will certainly help you: 1 state of ANdroid SDK, 1 mfa file with the object and 1 report of errors:

    build your example here Ok, no maps since there is no api key

    ok please post here,

    1.- confirm you are using 291.6 and update gmaps from extension manager?
    2.- do you have GPG objects if so which version you have installed?, update to latest one (this is just in case you are mixing old version with new version

    No, of course we do not see the map because I did not sit here APIKEY
    I confirm using 291.6 and have updated the version of Android Google Map with the extension manager
    I do not use GPG objects and they are not installed
