Exclamation is our project corrupted? (cannot delete objects)

i need to remove certain objects from my project (as they are corrupt when I compile the final build)

I tried deleting all my code first (as many are "created" objects) this made no difference, even with no code at all in the frame.

I clicked the "show created objects".
I "selected all" and deleted - nothing, they remain in the frame.

There are around 84 objects in each of my frames that cannot be removed and flag-up issues in the compiler (out of around 300+objects).
    Any ideas?
I really don't want to re-do all the frames again.

This has taken many years to create and there are 60+ frames.

When you say corrupt, which kind of objects are you talking about?
In the case of unsupported objects or extensions (usually due to deprication) these are often easy to remove, and should usually allow for fixing of your events so that you can compile.

Also, are you compiling to exe or are we talking about another runtime?

actives. Looks like I'm going the "hard way" as there is no support for this problem.
So, I'm copy/pasting AROUND the objects, making placeholders of the bad ones.

But I've run into another big problem - pasting into a new mfa does not paste all the sfx along with it.
Meaning my sfx (more than 500 sounds and music in this game) are missing, there is no way I can go through all those frames and re-implement every sound manually.

    Any ideas, anyone?

If you can wait until the bug tracker is back online and then submit your game there and ask the programmers to have a look - they generally can open the games through their interface that gives them more control over it, they'd probably be able to help you.

Do a forum or google search for “bad objects”. They have been discussed in the past as well as some suggestions for removing them. Also make sure you save your file, close Fusion and then reopen the file. Sometimes the ui shows the objects until the file is refreshed.

Objects that can't be removed from the Frame Editor is a known issue, sometimes called ghost objects or bad objects. Unfortunately we still didn't found a way to address it.
This happens to an object as soon as it is used in a Create Object or Launch Object action. After having deleted all the events related to the object, as well as all the instances of the object in the frame, the object is still listed in the Object List window.

Here are the steps to follow to get rid of all the ghost objects in a single frame:
    1. delete all the create/launch actions
    2. save the .MFA, close it, reload it
    3. if needed, recreate the create/launch actions

A word from Yves about this issue:
