Updated my policy on the website. Going to Add a Policy Button in the game, and take it from there.
If they keep rejecting it, then I give up.

    Updated Privacy Policy.
Added Button in the game for Privacy Policy.
Game rating is already at max 17+ (there is no 18 on the Store... what gives...)
    Re-submitted 1 App.
    Time will tell..........

Interested with the update on that one, apple 4.3 anti repetitive apps, new everchanging policies etc

I noticed apple reviewers are pretty strict recently, I just updated my game yesterday with 2 new characters and bug fixes, did not change anything other than that, they rejected the update with some screenshot metadata issue, which they were cool before, so i did is to redo screens which is pretty tedious

the Meta Data is the text for searches... I had to do that many times, and it was never a problem. had to remove the word "slot machine"
Probably a bunch of newbies over there who wants to score points..

    Dear Developer,

In order to reduce fraudulent activity on the App Store and comply with government requests to address illegal online gambling activity, we are no longer allowing gambling apps submitted by individual developers. This includes both real money gambling apps as well as apps that simulate a gambling experience.

We found that you have submitted this app under an individual account and indicated in the Ratings section of App Store Connect that it contains simulated gambling. While you can no longer distribute gambling apps from this account, you may continue to submit and distribute other types of apps to the App Store.

If your app does not include gambling content, it would be appropriate to revise your app's rating in App Store Connect to more accurately reflect the content available in your app. Once you have updated your app's rating in App Store Connect, you can submit your app for review.

Going forward only verified accounts from incorporated business entities may submit gambling apps for distribution on the App Store. Visit the Enrollment page to learn more about enrolling an organization in the Apple Developer Program. For information on transferring an app to another developer account, please review the App transfer overview page in App Store Connect Developer Help.

As a reminder, the App Store Review Guidelines state that it is your responsibility to ensure your app complies with all legal requirements in any location where you make it available. Submitting apps designed to mislead or harm customers or evade the review process may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account. Review the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program to learn more about our policies regarding termination.

    Best regards,

    App Store Review

So, Did look into the contracts and you need a REAL company.. not a fictive one. so with other words, SOL.

Yep, I looked it up, and fake companies won't work. so every game that is a slot / casino type game (even roulette, and some card games) are all going to be rejected now.
It's really a shame that they did that, while most some people (like me) are not real slots, but Apple doesn't care.

Yep that sux. We're all in the same boat. Perry you're a bit of an expert when it come to making games in this genre. Maybe you could make some $ by selling your concepts as engines or exmples on the clickstore?

@Perry gambling is when you take risk hoping to win, not matter if is money, virtual coins, fake coins, and the addiction is a when a person become compulsive player, not matter again if he get free bottle of air, money or nothing packed in a bag.
