Oh! I found out why the Android version was 9 despite me setting it to 5.1. Apparently, I didn't even have the version on Android, so Clickteam couldn't choose that despite it being set as the target version. Here is a comparison of the present error log with the last log we've seen:

Okay, here's where we stand now:

    https://www.diffchecker.com/NVYLSLq5

Do I need to make the SDK tools higher than 25.2.5? Thanks!

Okay, it's getting close now, I think! This is all that's left:

    Buildfile: C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD53C.tmp\buil d.xml

    BUILD FAILED
    C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD53C.tmp\buil d.xml:84: Cannot find C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\ant \build.xml imported from C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD53C.tmp\buil d.xml

    Total time: 0 seconds

    What do I do now?

    Thanks,
    Kilk

    Question

After I used the patch, a larger error log appeared, and the SDK tools were downgraded back to 24.4.1. I then ran Android Studio's updates in hopes that the SDK tools would go back up, but it didn't. Here is a comparison of these two attempts:

    https://www.diffchecker.com/haJ3hjEt

The good news, however, is that I got it basically back to how it was before:

    Buildfile: C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndE07.tmp\build .xml

    BUILD FAILED
    C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndE07.tmp\build .xml:84: Cannot find C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\ant \build.xml imported from C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndE07.tmp\build .xml

For a comparison of the log from my last post with this one, see below:

    https://www.diffchecker.com/d6DFVHzw

Is there something else we could try other than running AndroidSDKPatch? Or is it that the right option but I messed up with how I used it?

    Thanks,
    Kilk

I didn't run as administrator, so I'll try that. Doing it now, I still got an error log. Apparently, the SDK tools reverted to 24.4.1:

    Buildfile: C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\AndFF13.tmp\buil d.xml

[javac] warning: [options] To suppress warnings about obsolete options, use -Xlint:-options.

Because of this, I ran Android Studio (as administrator) to see if that would work, but I'm back where I started:

    Buildfile: C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\And2C56.tmp\buil d.xml

    BUILD FAILED
    C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\And2C56.tmp\buil d.xml:84: Cannot find C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\ant \build.xml imported from C:\Users\Kilk1\AppData\Local\Temp\And2C56.tmp\buil d.xml

    Total time: 0 seconds

I considered running that one SDK manager, the one I sent screenshots of, to see if it would work, but it apparently isn't opening now. Is there a way I can do one of the following?

    1. Get the build and ant without having to use the AndroidSDKPatch. If so, the SDK tools won't have to downgrade to 24.4.1.
    2. Use the AndroidSDKPatch, but upgrade the SDK tools without using Android Studio. This way, the ant and build won't be missing.

    Thanks,
    Kilk
