    How would one accomplish a pressure sensitive jump?

    Similar to Mario, you can jump a little if you just tap the jump button quickly or jump higher if you hold down the jump button. I just thought about adding that to my game. If itís a simple addition Iíll use it but I have 40 levels to modify. So.

    Are you using the Platform Movement Object(PMO)? If so it's easy to fix in the setup. Otherwise if you're using a built-in movement or custom movement it requires a bit more work.

    The PMO.
    I haven't really messed around with it too much but I'll look tonight.

    I saw a video on youtube where a guy was showing off a Sonic Worlds Engine and I think it dealt with pressure sensitive jumping. You can find the full playlist of his tutorial here:

    Maybe try turn off gravity or reduce it
    repeat while jump pressed
    + jump_press_timer < 0.5 seconds
    Gravity = 0

    I think PMO has builtin feature for jumps if the button is held. Double click on the PMO object and one of the values should be for just that
