Motion Blur effect doesn't work in fullscreen

Hi ! I'm using a exension called "Motion Blur (whole frame only)"
It creates a motion blur effect when the app is in windowed mode, but not in fullscreen.
Any idea how I can fix it ?

I had the same problem a few days ago, I couldn't work out how to get the shader working but another forum member (Julian82) was able to point me in the direction of a very good alternative, check this thread https://community.clickteam.com/threads/105066-How-do-you-use-Looki-s-Motion-Blur-shader
