    .Ini file not writing

    Hi, I have been using ini files to successfully to load data into my game, but now I'm trying to save some data into those existing files and nothing seems to be happening. No data gets saved at all?!? I've tried starting MMF2 as admin etc but the same result...nothing. Why cant I save to my .ini files? Any Idea? Thanks

    MMF2 Actions upon a key being pressed:

    Set Current File:
    appPath$ + Current_Profile + "/" + Current_Commands_Folder + "/" + command_file( "Group.Generic 2" )

    Set String Group/Item:
    Group: "paths"
    Item: Current_Path_Id + "_name" //this resulting string is "path1_name"
    String : "This new string never appears"

    Ini file

    My ini file looks something like this:

    [paths]
    path1_name=Some Existing name

    File Location
    My exiting in file is in my appPath$/Profile_1/Folder_A/commands_1.ini

    This file path has always been fine for loading the data without issue.

    And the answer is....

    'Uncheck create ini in appdata folder on the ini object properties.'
