    Game really slow with UWP

    Hello,

I've ported my game made for Android and iOS that works fine on mobile to UWP, i'm testing the compiled app on my Surface Book and the game runs at 25FPS instead of 50.
How are we supposed to make games for W10 or Xbox One with the UWP exporter if everything is half FPS? It's unplayable that way…

    Thanks for the help.

If running on Windows 10, have you tried game mode? I don't know for certain if it works, but it's worth a shot: https://m.windowscentral.com/how-ena...ode-windows-10

On Xbox One, putting your game in game mode definitely makes a difference: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/chu...p-on-xbox-one/

    Hope this helps.

The game is running in 853*480 (16/9).
The play frame is 110848x704 (it's a sidescroller game with responsive design).
There is 600 active objects in the main play frame for only 144mb of RAM.

I Don't know how to improve thins in CF to makes things better. The FPS in the games are totally crazy and change from 30 to 40 to sometimes 50 everytime. Making the game unplayable.
BTW, how to add fullscreen support?

Touches controls Always work fines even When the game is slow, but keyboard controls aren't detected everytime...

I Don't know how to answer this, there is a place in CF to know that?

The background is an active active box object using images of 492*640. It's Moving with a parallax effect. (i Don't know if it exist better methods now, but this was the method used on MMF1.5)
There is 8 active box (1 per level on the same frame, as it's an endless Runner) and i'm also using 3 quick backdrop using images of 192*640.

Ok! With no backgrounds at all, the game runs fine! I'll try to find Something better for my parallax background.

But two problems are still there:
    1. Keyboard touch Don't works everytime, sometimes it doesn't register the hit, sometimes it comes with lag.
    2. How to add fullscreen support to UWP?

    Thank you
