UWP and keyboard events

Is UWP Exporter still working on XBOX One I was of the understanding it was now retired?..

it does work, the promise speed from one internal code from MS doe nto help very much in HD scrolling, but for other games is OK

So, i've reinstalled everything to see if UWP has been improved since last year about Keyboard/mouse extension issues and it seems that it's still the same.
Pressing a keyboard touch is not registered everytime and when it is it's whith a delay. Same for the mouse clicks (all comes from the same events: mouse pointer & keyboard). Touch screen or Xbox game pad are perfect, but people who don't have a touch screen or a Xbox gamepad just can't play the game on Windows 10 because of the keyboard issue.
