    Qualifier not applying to new spawns

    I have a very odd issue. I have my enemies all set to the Enemies qualifier. Everything works fine for the enemies that exist at the start, but any spawned later behave oddly. They move according to the qualifier, but don't follow collision events of the qualifier. What could be causing this?

    Nevermind, they were being created on the background layer.
