Hey guys, wanted to rack your brains to see what I am doing wrong.

Trying to get my sdk settings and export settings working

    - Installed java sdk and latest version of android studios
    - in fusion, Export Android/OUYA application
    - Build API is set to 30
    - Android SDK directory set to C:\Users\Jasmine\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk
    - JDK directory set to C:\Program Files\Android\Android Studio\jre

When I build, I get this error
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WARNING: The option 'android.useDeprecatedNdk' is deprecated.
    The current default is 'false'.

Hello, Clickteam! Do you have any plans for the In-App Review API (for Google Play) for Android apps? It would be very helpful

Changes to file storage have completely broken my build API 29, target 10.0, legacy or non-legacy storage. List object fails to save files where it used to have no problem.

The CServices -> getRelativePath() seems to return blank when it should return "/" on root of internal storage, although I think my phone puts my external storage as same path as internal, since it has a large internal drive.

In legacy storage, all files in root are looped through by the media store trying to find the file, but runtime cannot write to root anyway. Attempting to create a new file results in a file popup dialog, which if put into the right place saves an empty file, and later writes in the same event (e.g. List object > File > Save file) are ignored.
In non-legacy storage, only the media files appear in the media browser - mp3, for example - so the List object can't find the existing txt file, resulting in it saving nothing, even though it detects the file exists in regular IO.

Problems don't occur on the latest Steam release build 293.1, only in beta.

this is not a problem these are part of changes that you developer need to implement, using root was never possible unless you rooted your device and use external storage is now only allowed if you request manager access with new google permission when you post your apk, so far you must use scoped directories or datastorage thought this was clear since google change all his policies.

lThe information you are looking for is available in the different links provided by Google.https://developer.android.com/about/...scoped-storage is one of them.
    Regards,

I didn't request either of them for Android 10, but I guess that's a new problem.

I've tried to look for what I want through Google's docs you linked, but it's a spaghetti maze of links that never really clarifies what scoped storage means.
In my use case, I want to create text files in a folder, update them, and have them easily readable when I want to transfer them over USB. Since I'll be updating and creating several times a day, I don't want to be approving every edit/create with a file selection dialog.

Is the only solution in the modern storage to bury them in /storage/Android/data/com.app/files/XX or is there a simple way I can store them in a folder on the external storage as I could before? Maybe using ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE?
