I am need of a math wizard to assist my pea brain with this. I'm trying to achieve this "rolling" wave effect where sprites are on separate layers and have a slight delay in their sine wave movement, giving a "rolling" effect similar to this at 14:19
The problem is, I'm getting more of a "breathing" effect, rather than a "rolling" effect as seen above. Here is my example.
How would I go about this? I'm stumped. Thanks in advance!!
