How get all the letters from a Edit Box?

    Hi Guys,

I want to put each letter from a Edit Box on separated Global Values.

    Example:

    Edit Box = "Alexandre"

    I need, Global Value 1 = A, Global Value 2 = L, Global Value 3 = E, Global Value 4 = X, etc...

    How can I do this?

    Thank a lot.

Can I ask, why you are using Global Values for this? Given the entry from the edit box will probably be dynamic in length, global values are not really the way to go.

You can use a list object instead or even tokenize...

Hello Danny ... I'll use each separate letter in several different frames, so I thought of Global Values. Each separate letter will have action on one frame.

I will give the player the freedom to write any word in the Edit Box and I need to separate those letters ...

Instead of putting a different letter in multiple Global Strings put the word in one Global String then use

    Mid$(Global String A, frame, 1)
