Changing movement type to platform does not work

Hello, I haven't posted a help thread in a while, but I am back for one more. As a little joke, I was making a fight against Sans in this little group project, and when it came to making an event where the heart you control goes from 8 directions to a platform object, it did not work correctly.

The 8 directions works fine, but the platform mode (blue heart) does not. Gravity does not seem to affect the object, you can only move left slowly, and the jump button does nothing, and I cannot seem to figure out why.

Never mind, found the solution, the event to switch to Platform was a "while" statement, causing it to constantly switch to platform, rather than only once.
