The build 292.10 is available in the Product Owners Lounge forum if you use the stand-alone version (or via "Check for update" in the Help menu of the product), and on Steam.
Change log
In case of problem you can reinstall any other version (no need to uninstall first, just reinstall the patch of the build you want to reinstall).
PS: the CF 2.5 patch updates all the installed exporters, as well as the 2.5+ DLC, you do not need to reinstall them.

is from 2014?
The Download Links posts are updated each time there is a new build (at least in the 2.5 sub-forum, the download links for the exporters haven't been updated with the build 292 yet).
EDIT: I mean their date is the date they were created, not the date of their latest update.

I can't reproduce it anymore using the instructions you gave in the other post. Could you re-explain how this bug can be duplicated please?

Now I have a reproduction problem too. I will try to reproduce it exactly and then I will write how to do it. However, I am sure that the error is repeated in this version.
Ok, I know how to reproduce this:
1. Put Active and counter into frame.
2. Go to Behaviours.
3. Import counter and use compare counter to the value.
4. Click import(in an expression) and try to use(import) the same counter again.
Edit: The previous time I did it differently using two counters, so look carefully at it.
I'm still unable to reproduce it... Once the counter is imported, it's not in the Import list anymore...
