64 bit REQUIRED for MacOS Catalina

    Hey guys,

Just to inform Clickteam, and potential buyers if CT don't get it sorted - That MacOS Catalina drops support for any 32-bit apps, and Fusion is currently 32-bit only. Catalina is getting pretty close so I hope it gets sorted.

    - Sam

We know this. Though the package we use to make the Windows version of Fusion work on Mac doesn't support 64-bit yet, which means we've no solution for the moment. We're working on this.

Would using something like WineBottler and the Windows version of CF2.5 work? Or should I just wait it out for a proper update to what we have now?

Not everything will work like exporting Android apps for example, I think. More info later this week.

I've checked with WineBottler, latest beta, and this doesn't work, apparently.

Still no working solution for the moment. We'll keep you updated. Don't upgrade to Catalina when it'll be released if you still want to use Fusion on Mac.

That's good advice in general Yves, considering how many apps will be killed off by it, not just Fusion.

I'm guessing this also means any apps exported FROM Fusion for Mac are getting killed off too?
